The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration Inc. of Florida (The Center) is the Non-profit Trustee. The Center serves to provide services that improve the quality of life of special needs trust beneficiaries and give peace of mind to beneficiaries, their care givers, and the professionals who assist them.

The Center provides this service by filling a gap in the marketplace. It fills this gap by offering a full range of specialized trustee, fiduciary asset management, and other related services.

Because the Federal statute allows the Non-profit to retain funds in trust at a Beneficiary’s death, it is especially important that the Non-profit be uniquely deserving to retain these funds. The Center stands in this unique position because it has well-established relationships statewide in the communities it serves. Also, the Center’s goals and objectives are a perfect match with the objectives and purposes of The Florida Pooled Trust.

For more information, you may call The Center at 877-766-5331.
